• First day: old Jerusalem

We will start our morning with a beautiful view over the old city from Mount of Olives. Then a tour to the City of David takes us viewers 3,000 years back in history to the days of King David. The journey quickly heads underground to some of the newest archaeological excavations at the site. The underground tour finally ends at the Gihon Spring, there we’ll take out flashlights and wade through the spring in King Hezekiah’s 2,700 year old water tunnel, one of the wonders of early engineering.
After touring the city of David it is only natural that we will pay last respect in King David’s tomb in mount Zion. At happens to be that right above the tomb we will find the famous last supper room. Our food business will take place in Armenian restaurant.
After lunch we’ll walk through the old city in a 4 quarters tour – enjoying the colorful variety of religions and this unique city. The tour includes the Arab market, the church of the Holy Sepulcher, the Roman Cardo, the Herodian quarter and of course the Wailing Wall. (Tour in the Wailing Wall tunnels requires booking 2 months in advance)

Overnight: Jerusalem

• Second day – Nazareth, Tiberius and Capernaum

Depart from the hotel and drive along the Jordan River valley. We’ll pass near Jericho the oldest city in the world on our way to the Sea of Galilee. (At this point we are passing by the Dead Sea so if you wish you can stop to swim, or you can visit Jericho)
Along the Jordan River we’ll stop to see the ancient city Beit Shean- scitopolis with its beautiful roman ruins. Then we’ll stop to see the view from the “Island of peace” which is situated near the border with Jordan.
Visit Yardenit the official site of baptism in Israel at the Jordan River. We will continue Kibutz Ginosar were we will see and ancient boat that was found in the Sea of Galilee. This boat is very interesting to see, since it’s dated to the time of Jesus.
visit some of the churches around the lake. Mount of beatitudes. Seeing the incredible view of the lake where the Sermon on the Mount took place.

After that we will visit- Tabacha, the church of the multiplication of the fish and the loaves. Then to Capernaum- the home town of Jesus during 3 years. We will see the ancient synagogue and even the house of St. Peter.

Overnight: Galilee

• Third day: tour in the Galilee

On this day we will travel to Nazareth to visit the church of annunciation, Mary’s well, and joseph’s workshop.
We’ll continue to Haifa for a beautiful view over the Baha’i gardens and a short walk along the German colony
On the way to Tel Aviv stopping at the old city of Caesarea a Roman city with Roman structures such as amphitheater, hippodrome, hot bath and more. Caesarea is also the place where the only archeological item that mentioned Pontius Pilatus

Overnight: Tel Aviv

• Day 4 Tel Aviv and Jaffa- depart Israel

The beginning of the day visit the old city of Jaffa, we will be touring the old port city and enjoy the art colony. We will see the nice clean alleys with the art galleries and archaeology.
Then we will drive along the main site in the modern city of Tel Aviv: we start with the Hall of independence, the place where Ben Gurion declared the establishment of the state of Israel. then to Neve Zedek, Rothschild Boulevard, Dizingof, the port, Rabin’s square
